Beyoncé Announces ‘Renaissance’ Tour Dates

Superstar singer Beyoncé has confirmed her hotly anticipated "Renaissance World Tour" is finally on its way, with a post on her official Instagram account Wednesday. The announcement has been met with much excitement from fans.


The official site of Beyoncé has revealed that she will be embarking on a tour starting in May at Friends Arena in Stockholm, Sweden and proceeding through Europe before concluding in mid-September at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans. The tour is in support of her acclaimed seventh album, "Renaissance," which was released in July. Beyoncé's devoted fan base, the Bey Hive, have been eagerly anticipating news of a tour since the album was released. Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia is also a stop on the tour.

Speculation that a new tour announcement was forthcoming hit a fever pitch after Beyoncé performed a private concert at the Atlantis The Royal resort in Dubai. Subsequently, it was revealed that her last global tour was the “On the Run II” tour in 2018, which featured her and husband Rapper Jay-Z across 48 stops in North America and Europe.

In addition, her “Renaissance” album has been nominated for a number of awards at the following Sunday's Grammy Awards ceremony in Los Angeles.
