Roseanne Barr returns to stand-up on Fox Nation’s Cancel It! Comedy Special
Roseanne Barr is making a comeback in comedy with a new special on Fox Nation, set to premiere on Monday, Feb. 13. During the NFC Championship Game between the Philadelphia Eagles and San Francisco 49ers, a teaser for Roseanne Barr: Cancel This! was released. You can watch the preview in the video above!
In the clip, Barr can be heard asking, “Has anybody been fired recently?” before her signature laugh erupts.

Roseanne Barr is returning to her roots in stand-up comedy with a new one-hour special filmed live in Houston, Texas at the Cullen Theatre. Her first stand-up special in almost two decades, Barr's comedy draws on her personal life experiences, including her upbringing as a Jewish woman in Mormon Salt Lake City, her relocation to Texas and her experience raising her family. Audiences can expect to enjoy Barr's unique comedic perspective on the topics.
Fox Nation will debut a stand-up comedy special starring Roseanne Barr this October. Titled "Roseanne For President!", the special will focus on Ms. Barr’s life and career.
In addition, Fox Nation will also be releasing an in-depth look at the life of Ms. Barr entitled Who Is Roseanne Barr?. This release comes in light of the 2018 cancellation of Ms. Barr after she had posted a series of tweets claiming former Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett was an offspring of the “Muslim Brotherhood & Planet of the Apes.”
Following the controversial tweet, ABC cancelled the Roseanne revival but later brought it back as The Conners which featured a plotline where Barr's character was killed off.
Barr took to Twitter and issued an apology for her comments saying, “I apologize to Valerie Jarrett and to all Americans. I am genuinely sorry for the bad joke I made regarding her politics and her looks. I should have known better. I beg for your forgiveness for my joke that was in such poor taste.”
